The way these officers dealt with him as opposed to the Keisha aggressor is very aggravating; the Keisha admitted to the officer more than once that she hit him, and the officer still wanted to arrest this guy. I’m thinking the exact same thing. A slight correction, there are 12 folks on the jury, I believe at the present time it’s 9 women and 3 men. We already know why they set things up that way, they were hoping that the majority women jury would “nudge” the minority of men into falling in line with their “not guilty” verdict. I honestly believe the men on the jury believe Clancy is guilty and this differential is what is holding up the verdict. Yep, I heard the same about that one juror holding out. Clancy’s defence lawyer tried to argue to the judge that the particular individual should be removed but the judge denied his request. That indicates to me that all bar one believe Clancy should NOT be held criminally liable for murdering her own children. I’m awaiting the slap on the wrist as well, we know its coming.
