This is the problem when you live a shabby, reckless, carefree, hedonistic lifestyle and you’re confronted on it, you won’t be able to defend it whenever it’s thoroughly examined, scrutinised and held to the fire.
As much as Fresh and Fit do bring some valuable information to the table(let’s be honest, it’s really Myron who brings the majority bulk of it to the audience), there are certain things they teach that are incredibly destructive to men.
Fresh and Fit just like many other podcasters have used the Red Pill to inject some of their own janky philosophies into the mix as well as to excuse their hypocritical behaviour.
Most recently the host of the No Fugazee podcast David Cooley is yet another in a long line of guys who telling men NOT to get with single mothers, has been exposed being in a relationship with a BBL’d single mother:

Now, I’m no fan of Bennie Ray aka @iben_arrogant because he is one of these “I love black women regardless of their bad behaviour and how horribly they treat black men” pro black knuckleheads.
Additionally, the interracial aspect has nothing to do with anything. The single mother status is what needs to be focused on, that fact that David Cooley’s girlfriend just happens to be white is irrelevant.
However, Bennie Ray is right on too many of these podcasters being staunch hypocrites, advising men not to engage in particular behaviours while they themselves are steeped deep in the same.
YouTuber Donovan Sharpe is another tap dancing minstrel who a number of years ago was also exposed as a single mother indulging hypocrite by 21 Studios.
The bottom line with most of these prominent podcasters is don’t be surprised if they’re exposed down the road doing things that they advised you not to do.
David Cooley calls himself top tier because he’s 6 foot 4 inches and earns over 100K per year, however his mindset/mentality clearly isn’t top tier by a long shot. He’s one of these typical Negroes who chose to sell himself well short and take onboard somebody else’s leftovers.
We at the SYSBM Knights Roundtable will continue to stress the importance of getting with CHILD FREE women only, we will NEVER recommend being a step father as a viable option, NEVER.
As men who subscribe to traditional customs/values and the family, we CONDEMN the single mother lifestyle because it is one of shame, irresponsibility and recklessness.

Unlike most of these podcasters, I actually have a moral compass, I believe in the Most High God of the bible and as a result know that one day I’m going to be held accountable by him for everything I’ve ever said, thought or done.
Therefore I tread carefully and am extremely cautious, responsible and accountable with what I choose to teach here.
Back to Fresh, he isn’t the brightest bulb on the tree, he doesn’t contribute much if anything at all to the Fresh and Fit podcast nor the brand and things have been this way from the beginning.
The caller is right, Fresh is the complete opposite of the type of man Myron is telling men to be. Don’t be like Fresh, don’t be a weak, spineless, hedonistic hypocrite without a moral compass who doesn’t stand for anything outside of satisfying his own flesh.
That being said, Myron himself is a hedonistic savage without a moral compass who is also teaching men to engage in the same sexual degeneracy which makes him no better than Fresh.
Hold fast to SELF RESPECT, unlike what Myron teaches you don’t have to sleep with 50+ women in order to understand their nature, social media is packed full of videos featuring women showing you exactly who they are and how they truly work. Exercise sexual discipline, you’ll become a much better man for it.

He can’t call himself a top tier man while he’s in a relationship with a woman that has children. It reminds me off Donovan Sharp who is married to a single mother as well. It looks like these dudes who has these podcast are with single mothers.

I agree with you on morals and beliefs, thus you must stand on what you say and be honorable. One can not contradict a core belief, and you must back up words with actions.
They will never be accountable for their actions, why? Because they are entertainers not honorable men, so just enjoy the show.

Now, to address this simp, David Cooley; I heard about him being exposed for his hypocrisy over the weekend in a short video by Brandon Jamal, and he used Bennie Ray’s video in his own. Now, no disrespect to lightskin dudes, but I’m not taking no moist looking, redbone simp with peach fuzz for facial hair seriously; I sense another paid agent after taking a look at his TikTok. Speaking of agents, I suspected Cooley of being an agent after he suggested that a man getting his hair cut by another man is effeminate; mind you, he will sit down long enough to have his hair braided by a female, and he sees nothing sus about that?
