Your experience is identical to mine whenever I encounter a black woman working in any kind of service capacity. They’re rude and nasty, especially to black men. I’ve learned to avoid them, even when I have to wait in a longer line to deal with someone who isn’t a black woman.
Just the other day, I waited for over 15 minutes on the phone for a customer service agent at my online bank to pick up. The instant I heard her masculine voice and blaccent, I hung up and called back, hoping to get a non-BW. I did, fortunately.

It’s sad that it has to come this, whenever a blk women in customer service, you can immediately sense the hostility, no smile, no hello just a mean look on their face.
