Now I personally don’t believe in the phrase “the customer is always right” because some customers can be complete dickheads, HOWEVER, let’s not discount the fact that a lot of these companies deliberately give you the run around by passing you through 1001 departments if you have a legitimate query or a complaint.
That being said, I would say that black women in customer service positions hands down are a massive reason behind why many companies are losing money big time. Most of them are completely unprofessional when it comes to the frontline, we’ve all seen it and experienced it for ourselves.

I know that customers are big time dickheads sometimes but I know and seen black women in customer service and it’s mostly on the internet. There are so many videos of black women giving bad customer service to the customers. And that this the reason why these companies lost 75 million dollars a year because of this. And when I look at the black women that are getting fired in the USA, I was wondering is that because that they are not doing their job professionally? It really makes you think. If these customers show these videos to their managers, the managers must fire them in a heartbeat.

Black women can be such pains to deal with; I remember once going to the mall to visit a Lids store, and when I walked in, there were 2 Keishas in there who didn’t even acknowledge my presence for several minutes. One of them eventually turned to me and asked if she could help me; I would’ve walked out of there sooner, but I wanted to determine my proper hat size first. There was another time when my brother was looking to buy a car, and I had to take my mother to him to help him by cosigning on the car through some credit place. When they got there, a fat Keisha worker told them she couldn’t approve him in spite of him providing everything they asked for; he was so upset about that (he did get the car, though). I may not have gotten all of the details exact, but you can rest assured that I’m right when I say that Keisha is the worst when it comes to customer service.
One time I was making a purchase at Old Navy. There was a white guy in front of me. He stepped up to the Keisha cashier, who was showing all teeth by the way, took out his credit card, beep-boop, done, have a nice day.
I walk up and she scans my items. I say card, and she asks for ID. I’m like wait a minute, the gentleman before me didn’t have to show ID. All you should be concerned about is if I have the balance to make this purchase. Luckily, the Becky manager was right there and overheard the exchange. She took over the transaction smooth as silk and no I didn’t have to produce ID. I would have still been there arguing with Keisha to this day if she hadn’t been there.
Another thing that gets me. I’m at the post office shipping out some items. Keisha is all business with the white man, yes sir, no sir, beep-boop, have a nice day. I walk up to the counter and they want to act all familiar with you, try to get down with you. Bish, ship out my packages like you did the white man, with a minimum of BS.
It’s to the point where if I’m in a line and I get the BW cashier, I let the person behind me go first.
It’s not just Keishas. I recently had an issue with my online banking. I called the 800 # for assistance. A pajeeta with the WORST ACCENT KNOWN TO MAN picks up the phone. I struggled with her until she finally palmed me off on her co-worker, once again an American Becky to the rescue. She resolved my problem with relative ease. Why do they put these foreign hoes on phone duty when they can barely speak English????
Many of these bishes are Union and gubmint protected meaning they can get away with anything. Luckily with Trump cutting these gubmint jobs and unions eroding they’re slowly getting their just desserts. I’m here with the popcorn.
A Few Days ago I’ve been to a Macys Department Store & at the Service Desk. I See a BW Raising Hell with one of the Cashiers. Now Worker’s of course are Told to not Respond in Negative to any Unruly Customer, But BW, When dealing with them, They do not make it easy & I Should know, I used to work at a department store & dealt with Black Female Customer’s with Foul Attitudes. I Keep telling myself “Your just there to do a Job” & “Let their Words Wash over you, Like a River over a Stone”, Though with Keisha, They’re Worst than a River, They’re a Damn Tiddlewave & Yet They Continue to Wonder Why they’re Dead last when it Comes to being Desirable. SYSBM For Life!!!
The sheboons in any customer facing government job are the worst. This includes all levels of government; local, state, and federal.
During the Obama and Biden terms. they were such sacred cows that these administrations would try to punish you in some way if you made a complaint about their hostility and rudeness.
I pray that Trump is getting some of these beasts out of our government.
Most of them have jobs that don’t
require much intelligence to master, yet 90 percent don’t know how to do their job.

Good news, Trump slashed 300,000 of those useless black HEFFAS off the gubmint teat, now they’re in panic mode. It’s usually sad when men lose their jobs, because men support FAMILIES. But these sheboons stay in debt trying to flex and ball out and prove they don’t need no (black) man and their kids SUFFER. Not to mention keeping the Korean hair supply stores in business. These black bishes are sending Korean kids to college while their own kids remain the dumbest. From gubmint jobs to Section 8 and WIC it’s gonna be a cold winter for these useless HOES. Well-deserved. I voted for exactly this.
