Now I personally don’t believe in the phrase “the customer is always right” because some customers can be complete dickheads, HOWEVER, let’s not discount the fact that a lot of these companies deliberately give you the run around by passing you through 1001 departments if you have a legitimate query or a complaint.
That being said, I would say that black women in customer service positions hands down are a massive reason behind why many companies are losing money big time. Most of them are completely unprofessional when it comes to the frontline, we’ve all seen it and experienced it for ourselves.
