Hi what is your opinion on the girls spot gym in London its a women only gym opening in London owned by a black women? Natalee Barnett. Postive Natalee Barnet is attractive and in shape for black women which is rare. I would bang her. But the negatives, I don’t like the anti male message I’m not against women having their own gym. But men if we wanted are only men gym people would go insane. I personally think this is a fantastic conception, though as you said the gym is quite expensive. It’s actually men who require safe spaces from being falsely accused as well as from being put in stupid TikTok videos just so that some dumb knuckleheaded chick can get her RDA of likes, clicks, views and attention. The gym will work in the beginning because of the novelty, however once that disappears and these women get comfortable in the environment, that’s when the troubles will start.
Women can’t form true bonds and friendships because of their vain, dishonest, superficial, catty, surface nature. The cat fights(and real fights) will start happening soon enough, plus these women NEED the attention and validation of men. They’ll soon be beating a hasty retreat back to the unisex gyms they were frequenting before. It does make a change to see a black female who is actually in shape, most black women I pass in these streets have floppy and sloppy physiques.
The gym has traditionally been a male space, I don’t believe men and women should work out together unless they’re couples/married. As I’ve mentioned before, women cannot help themselves, they have to sexualise any and every environment they enter into, the gym unfortunately is their most recent target.

I like the idea of this too, but I suspect it’s gonna flop like the mini disc for the exact reasons you mentioned. Speaking of exercise, my gym is one of those old school establishments, it doesn’t have the glitz and glamour of say a Gym Group fitness centre which is right up the street, so for the majority part men are in attendance. The women who do go there are older and thus aren’t on the “the gym is my film studio” foolishness.

Today [June 26, 2025] marks the 1 year anniversary of Baby Sylvie’s death; this case underscores what Verbs stated in an Open Mic Wednesday post from last year: Western women have lost their nurturing instinct toward children. The babysitter’s name is Makenna Rhodes; as you heard in the video, she was frustrated by the baby’s nonstop crying and smothered her face with one of her toys in an effort to quiet her. I hope Sylvie’s mother has found peace amidst this loss; hearing her cry the way she did was painful.
There were a few things in the video that I found to be very nasty: (1) Makenna trying to hug the mom knowing what she did, (2) her attempt to throw her boyfriend under the bus by texting him and telling him to lie about what took place, and (3) the female officer taking Makenna’s side and accusing the man of lying; she should apologize for accusing him before she had the full details, but women and accountability go together like fire and ice. Makenna Rhodes is a monster who deserves to rot in prison for the rest of her days; anything less than the 100 years she’s currently facing would be a miscarriage of justice!

Not at all, Open Mic Wednesday is Open Mic Wednesday, you can talk about whatever you want. You don’t have to converse on the particular subject matter that I highlighted on this day. This is the main reason why I introduced Open Mic Wednesday, so brothers could talk about anything they wanted to. Don’t forget, there is also an Off Topic page on this website as well, feel free to use that section for things that aren’t related to Monday and Friday’s articles.
Regarding what you’ve posted, Western non black women have become just as rotten and contaminated as Keisha, at this point there really isn’t much of a difference between the two. Non black females in the West used to be a safer haven for black men who chose to expand upon their dating options, however in the last 10 years they’ve also become just as insufferable as the black witch herself.
To be honest, I don’t understand why the guy is asking women anything because what they say is completely different from the way they actually behave. Instead he should’ve asked other black men who date out, that way he would’ve gotten more useful, solid and viable responses. Most Western women are NOT decent, honest, empathetic individuals, thus the responses he received to be frank I’m not really surprised at.

Some black men have got to move smarter. When I deal with non black women, I NEVER mention race (theirs or mine) nor do I come straight out the gate going at BWs either. It’s just the wrong move.
