For the men who have all of the things she requires upfront, what makes her believe that she would automatically qualify as a woman of quality in the eyes of those men, I’ll wait?

Driving Licence/Car
I have a UK driving licence, just like the woman above I live in London, however I sold my car and stopped driving back in 2013 due to the costs of owning a car back then beginning to reach ridiculous, astronomical levels.
Additionally, I’ve got absolutely no patience for driving in London, there is nowhere to park, the roads are constantly congested, the backroads you could’ve used once upon a time in order to avoid traffic have all been blocked off.
I can get anywhere and everywhere I need to go on public transport(even though I don’t have any patience for the NPC/bot/zombie general public either). As a child-free single man, to me owning a car in London is an unnecessary expense as well as an inconvenience.
I personally don’t care about how a delusional female FEELS about a man sitting in the passenger seat of her car, owning a vehicle is not economically viable, feasible and beneficial for everyone.
Apartment/House/Own Place
This is where most women especially black women prove themselves to be fiscally illiterate and ignorant knuckleheads. Perhaps this unadjusted black female should visit her local estate agent one day and have a look at the prices of rooms, flats(apartments) and houses to rent and buy.
Men understand the current economic climate and how many assets and commodities have gotten out of reach of the average individual. Most women on the other hand don’t have a damn clue.
It simply goes back to the overwhelming majority of black women being delusional and thus expecting to encounter a finished product as opposed to building up a kingdom from scratch with the men they’re with, smh.
It can be extremely annoying observing how ignorant most women are surrounding economics especially when most of their so called “requirements” typically revolve around the man spending HIS MONEY.
Lusting After Women On Social Media

Going 50/50/Dutch On A Date
As I’ve stated many times before, in this current climate where a lot of women are notorious for going on dates just to get some free food, the 50/50 date makes perfect.
Additionally, it’s much better to do things in this fashion, that way the man doesn’t feel like he’s being used for a free meal and the woman doesn’t feel like she’s obligated to give the man sex in return.
This is why I’ll always recommend simple coffee dates at the “beginning, getting to know each other” stages and save the restaurants for when you both officially become a couple.
Finally, 50/50 aka going Dutch is good in order to deter gluttonous harridans from getting too happy ordering anything and everything from the menu.
